Location & Setting: Sanctuary is set within the EcoForest reserve of Panamá Pacífico — a 2,200-acre master-planned community located just 20 minutes from Panama City. This is where modern living meets untouched wilderness. The development rises above a century-old tropical forest, home to more than 500 species of plants and animals, including over 30 mammals, 300 birds, 20 reptiles, and 150 types of native vegetation. With sweeping views of the forest, mountains, and ocean, Sanctuary offers privacy, serenity, and an authentic connection to nature. Proximity & Access: Although immersed in greenery, Sanctuary remains exceptionally well connected. Residents benefit from the complete infrastructure of Panamá Pacífico, which includes public bus service, a complimentary internal shuttle, and a future metro station. The Panama Pacific International Airport and major highways are just minutes away, providing easy access to downtown Panama City and beyond. Here, you can retreat into nature without giving up the conveniences of city life. Living Amid Nature: Sanctuary was designed around the philosophy of co-creation between architecture and the environment. Each residence is custom-built to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, maximizing natural light, airflow, and views. From concept to completion, the developer provides a fully personalized, end-to-end service. The community features 34 exclusive estate lots, ranging from approximately 8,600 to 14,000 square feet, offering three curated home designs or the flexibility to create a completely bespoke residence. Biodiversity & Green Living: Living in Sanctuary means waking up to the sound of tropical birds, walking under towering trees, and experiencing life in harmony with nature. The project is committed to sustainability, preserving native ecosystems and maintaining expansive green corridors. Every detail has been planned to protect biodiversity and minimize environmental impact — allowing residents to live beautifully, responsibly, and consciously. Community Feel: Sanctuary is more than a neighborhood — it’s a close-knit community built around shared values of sustainability, wellbeing, and family life. With just 34 homes, it offers privacy, intimacy, and a true sense of belonging. Two shared natural spaces encourage outdoor living, relaxation, and social connection among neighbors. Rustic Elegance Meets Modern Living: Sanctuary’s custom homes blend rustic sophistication with contemporary design — refined architecture in perfect balance with a century-old forest.
